Your favourite corner gastro pub (aka Toorak Hotel) has introduced a new corner of Europe that you didn’t know it needed. You might be surprised by this Neo-Classica style of pizza entering your local watering hole, but the glass clinking culture that you have come to know and love will only be complemented by this menu addition.

What sets this recipe apart from any other pizza you might have elsewhere, is the use of sourdough for the bases, which are hand-made and cold fermented for 72 hours. Paired with only the highest quality local produce, this is a great addition to the menu. To help bring this vision to life, Executive Chef, Matt Dawson has collaborated with pizza extraordinaire, Salim Gafayri, a household name in the Melbournian hospitality scene.
